1st Husband: Morris Odell Margeson (1925-1955), married July 8, 1945 in Washougal, Washington (Clark County). Morris was a flight instructor and commercial pilot. He was a WWII veteran. He died in a fire in the building occupied by Alaska Airlines December 18, 1955 at Kotzebue, Noatak-Kobuk, Alaska. No body was recovered. (See Alaska death cert).
2nd Husband: Max Johnston Griffith (1916-1974), married Aug 16, 1958 in Canyon County, Idaho. She was his third wife.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, 1996, at Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Chimes for Betty Marie Griffith. Mrs. Griffith died Jan. 25, 1996, in Camas, Wash. She was 66.
Mrs. Griffith was born May 31, 1929, in Callaway, Neb., and but lived most of her life in the Portland-Vancouver, Wash., area.n name was Neth. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her sons, Jim Allen Margeson of Portland, Dennis Margeson of Glendale, Ariz., Morris Margeson of Dunsmuir, Calif., Tim Margeson of Vancouver , Wash., and Dan Griffith, address unknown; brother, Merrill Neth of Welches; and special companion, Jim Maloney of Washougal, Wash.
Disposition was by cremation. Arrangements are by the Telephase Society.
