A funeral service for Albert “Al” Bullock, age 89, of Jacksonville, is scheduled at 10 o’clock in the morning Friday, June 2, 2017 at Autry Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville. Interment will be at Jacksonville City Cemetery.
Albert Bullock, a devout Christian, passed away Memorial Day, May 29, 2017 in Jacksonville. In the race to Heaven, he came in after his daughter, Veneta Rose and his wife Bernice Pearl.
He is survived by his son, Wayne Bullock and wife Angela; daughters, Lily Baker and Laura Christopher and her husband Steve. Albert also had six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He was known mostly as having sold insurance, substitute teaching and having filled in as a pastor.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, June 1, 2017 and friends are cordially invited to visit with the family from 6 to 8 o’clock in the evening at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
