Ruby L. Campbell died at 5:05 a.m. Tuesday, May 23 at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro. She worked as a clerk for the Hamilton Memorial Hospital for 33 years. She was a member of the Blooming Grove Missionary Baptist Church for over 50 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Badgett and husband Buddy of McLeansboro; a son, David Campbell of wife Debbie of McLeansboro; two brothers, Delmar Shorb and wife Sonja of Belle Rive and Charles Shorb of Wayne City; nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
