Thelma O. Hollon-Pennington, 87, of Brownwood, died Monday, Feb. 27, 2017 at Oak Ridge Manor Nursing Home.
She was born May 18, 1929 in Brown County to Arthur and Mollie Tabor Hollon.
Survivors include daughter Linda Holloway (Danny) of Brownwood; son, Garry Metts of Pampa; grandchildren, Merideth Hall, Garry Metts II, Toni Baker, Gary Wickline; brothers, Lonnie Lee Hollon of Hondo, James Roy Hollon of Bulverde; step-grandchildren, Hattie Tignor and Angela McShan; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by sisters, Zada Ozell Hollon Byrd, Zora Faye Hollon Lico, Ora May Hollon Flowers, Norris Lillian Hollon Sonnier, Husand Leroy Metts; second husband, Wayne Compbell; and great-grandson Garrett Wickline.
