Kathryn Anna Wolfe was the daughter of Ernest Ward Wolfe and Ella Gertrude (Tetlow - Izer) Wolfe. She was born on the old Wolfe homestead in Mount Morris Township in 1914.. She had two brothers Allen H. Izer and John R. Wolfe both predeceased her.. She married Carl Eugene "Speedy" Zellers in 1933 they had two children: Betty Ann Zellers and Larry Gene Zellers. Had five grand children Rhonda Kathryn Shelton, Danny Eugene Zellers, Penny Renee Shelton, Marta Lea Shelton, and David Lee Zellers. She also had many Great Grandchildren and two Great Great Grandchildren.. Lived on the old Zellers South farm since 1953, they retired from the farm in 1974 and moved to town Mount Morris, IL. where they both lived the remainder of their lives. Carl passed away in 1994 she survived a open heart by-pass at age 80, retired to Pinecrest Manor in 2001 where she lived until 2007 where she peacefully passed away at age 93.
