Ed is survived by his loving wife Annette (nee Cap) Overturf; his children, Floyd, Sally, Richard and Timothy (Mary) Overturf and Tara (Christopher) Price. He was the stepfather of Patrick Harvey; Grandfather to Emma, Ethan, David, Mercedes, Gregory and Lily; brother of Willard 'Bill' (Cindy) Overturf and longtime friend, T.J. Tichey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oris and Helen (nee Fairchild) Overturf; his brother, Nathan Overturf and his sister, Betty 'Char' Williams.
