A pioneer in the field heart health care and open-heart surgery, Dr. Pascale was the founder of Heart Care Centers of Illinois. Graduate of Mt. Carmel High School, the University of Chicago, and Loyola University Medical School. He served with the Medical Corps for the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy.
Husband for 69 years of the late Elizabeth “Elsie” nee Loichinger. Father of Betsy (Thomas) Flanagan, Luke (Paula), Katy Drumm, Mia, John (Cathleen), Peter, Joseph (Diane), Anne, Michael (Jaime) and the late Vincent Pascale. Grandfather of 20, great-grandfather of 16. Brother of Theresa (Clem) Periolet and the late Walter Pascale. Beloved uncle, loyal colleague, and dear friend of many.
