Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Leon Ivy, pastor, officiating. Interment under the direction of Hall Funeral Home of Monroe will be in the Memorial Park cemetery.
The body will lie in state in the Hall chapel until 10 a.m. tomorrow, at which time it will be taken to the church until time for the services.
Born in Union County, Arkansas, in 1882, she was married to the late L. L. Adams in 1901. They moved to Monroe in 1943.
Mrs. Adams is survived by four sons, Grady, Embry and Billye L., all of Monroe, and Byrnie of Richland, Washington; three daughters, Mrs. Katherine Dever and Mrs. Ruth Phillips, both of Monroe, and Mrs. Ruby Dyer of Corpus Christi, Texas; and nine grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Van Watson, Delbert Garlington, Roy Little, B. J. Carlton, Jack Barnett, Sidney Fitch, and J. N. Davis.
