R.W. was the beloved husband of Lou Jones Evans and father of Billy Ray Evans and Doris Lynn Evans. He was survived by Billy Ray and Doylene Evans, Doris and Harold Pairish, and his grandchildren, Dr. William Rockwell Evans and Dr. Nanette (Vallecillo) Evans, Mandi Lynn Pairish, and Ann Rockwell Evans. He was the great grandfather of William Rockwell Evans Jr., Angelica Kay Evans and Aliana Marie Evans. Mr. Evans was born in Comanche County to Robert Henry Evans and Willie Mae (Luker) Evans. Bill's beloved brothers were Cecil Ray, Joseph Maurice, Frank Wade, Wilburt Leo, and Thomas Harry. His Grandparents, Joseph Nathaniel and Willie Alma Clark Evans, and great-grandparents, Robert C. Clark and Sarah McCullough Clark, are also buried at the Baggett Cemetery.
