Billy Ray Evans was the beloved son of Robert William Evans and Lou C. (Jones) Evans. He married Doylene (Rockwell) Evans July 3, 1965, in Weatherford, Texas. Billy Ray and Doylene had two children--William Rockwell Evans and Ann Rockwell Evans. His precious grandchildren are Angelica Kay Evans, William Rockwell Evans, Jr. and Aliana Marie Evans. He was also survived by his sister, Doris Lynn (Evans) Pairish, brother-in-law, Harold Ray Pairish and niece, Mandi Lynn Pairish.
