Charles was preceded by: father and mother Charley and Bernice Spoor, step-mother Velma Spoor, and sisters Johnnie Murr and Frances Whiteside.

Charles was born May 27th, 1935 to Charley and Bernice Spoor in Koshkonong, Missouri. He married Marjorie LaDon Spoor on January 26th, 1981 in Sunnyvale, Texas. He worked as an electrician and electrical contractor for Rowland, Spoor, and Kirk Electric for more than 25 years.
Charles Spoor was a veteran of the United States Army.
In his spare time, he enjoyed playing poker, restoring his 1958 Chevy Bel Air, and working on the farm.
Pallbearers will be Clay King, Lee Farmer, Rudy Vasquez, Tony Bishop, Jim Addison, and Rue Willett.
