A graveside service for Arthur “Chip” Fore, 72, of Hutchins, Texas will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. Chip was born April 11, 1944 in Beaumont, Texas to Arthur Francis and Anna Marvine Fore and passed away November 6, 2016 in New Braunfels, Texas.

He earned a B.S. Degree from Lamar University before enlisting in the Air Force. During his time in the service, Chip received his pilot wings and began his career in aviation. He was a recipient of the Air Force Distinguished Flying Cross while serving in the Viet Nam War. His time in the military also gave him the opportunity to travel the world. After leaving the Air Force, he flew commercially for Emerald Air. After flying for Emerald Air he retired from Dallas AirMotive as an exceptional machinist.

Chip lived in Grand Prairie, Texas for many years to be near his sister’s family and was the best uncle for his nephews and niece. He spent the last several years with family in New Braunsfel, Texas enjoying the hill country and wildlife.

He was a man of faith that loved God and walked closely with Jesus, his Lord and Savior.

He is survived by his mother, Anna Marvine Fore; sister, Bonnie Fore Campbell; and his niece and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Francis Fore.
