Roland was born on April 11, 1923 in Providence, RI to Roland and Lillian Fraser, Sr. He is survived by a caring daughter, Kristen and 2 loving grandchildren, Brendan and Jared. He was predeceased by his first wife Marian, his second wife Alice and a son, Roland M. Fraser III.
Roland was a draftsman for Dorr-Oliver, Inc. in Stamford, CT for more than 30 years. He influenced the lives of others through his work as a Scoutmaster, Veteran of Word War II and a Master Mason.
