Survivors include his loving and devoted wife Roberta Pierce of Caledonia; two sons Jim Pierce and wife Christy of Farmington and Scott Pierce and wife Brandi of Caledonia; six grandchildren Jacob, Adam, Will, Peyton, Elizabeth and Benjamin. In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his beloved son, Matthew Pierce, an infant brother Edward Pierce, father-in-law and mother-in-law Chris and Mary Ferrell and brother-in-law and sister-in-law Donald and Carolyn Byers.
Ronald served in the United Sates Army from June 1970 until December 1972.
