Steve Mashburn passed away into the presence of his Savior on October 2, 2016 surrounded by family with the full knowledge that they will meet again.
He was born April 15, 1957 in Atlanta, Georgia to Odise Y. and Mary Elizabeth (Morrow) Mashburn.
Steve was reunited in Heaven with:

Mother-in-law: Dionicia Canales
Father-in-law: Trinidad Villasana.
Steve grew up in the Terrell area and graduated from Terrell HS in 1975.
He was a faithful and loyal employee of Stevens Transport in Mesquite for over 20 years where his extensive experience in the transportation industry and its many changes was invaluable to his colleagues and his supervisors.
He enjoyed mentoring to all ages and was a longtime umpire for the Mesquite Baseball Association.
Steve had a deep appreciation for nature and outdoor activities with hunting being his favorite pastime.
A deeply devoted husband, father, and brother, his family and friends were of paramount importance to Steve and time spent making memories with those he loved were truly times he felt the most blessed.
