Mildred was born on August 28, 1916, in Minerva, Texas, to the late Sam and Maud (Lovelady) Springer. She was raised in Rosebud and spent most of her life in Waco, Marlin, and Rosebud. In 1935, she married Charlie A. White, Sr. Mildred worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse at the Swepston and Halbert Hospitals in Rosebud.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie; and by a granddaughter, Marsha White.
Survivors include her sons: G.B. White and Sammy Gene White, both of Rosebud, and Thomas "Tommy" Nelson White, of Fort Worth; daughter, Nellie Fay Bullock, of Rosebud; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Frances Davis, of Hewitt; and other relatives and many friends.
