She was raised in Santa Maria where she attended school and graduated from Santa Maria High School. She was a very loving, kind hearted person, with friends all over the world. She loved music, dancing, and traveling. She had traveled to Europe, Hawaii, Mexico, and throughout the United States making friends everywhere she went.
She was a devout Catholic, a member of the Elks Emblem Club #415 for over 30 years and past V.P. She was also a member of the Hui of Hawaii Club where she learned the language and performed as well as teaching Hula dancing. She loved the Hawaiian culture, the people and the Islands, and took the name "Kehau".
She was a very loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother who was extremely proud of her enormous family.
She was preceded in death by her Mother Abbie Boyd, Father Elton Delk, Daughter Lorelei Web, Grandsons Myron Ibison, Daniel Ibison, and Richard Ibison Jr.
Survivors are Sons John Martin, William Ibison Sr., Richard Ibison Sr., Daughter Lisa Centeno, Stepson Eric Swenson, Stepdaughters Jan and June, 23 Grandchildren, 46 Great-Grandchildren, and one Great-Great-Grandson.
She was a True Woman of The World and will be missed by everyone that knew her and the Family left behind!
Her funeral service will be Sunday August 21st, after which she will be interned at Miramar National Cemetery.

Rachel's last husband, Nels Lee Swenson, was cremated and his ashes were scattered at sea off the coast of California via a Navy helicopter.
