Mamie Belle Bolin, aged 92, of Berryville, AR departed this life on Tuesday, July 26, 2016. She was born December 25, 1923 in Pine Bluff, AR daughter of Willie Herbert and Alma Aurelia (Fore) Adams of Rison, AR.
Mamie was brought up in Rison and Pine Bluff and was a High School graduate. She had a lifelong interest and fascination with the Law. She became a dedicated legal secretary for Sam Levine Esq. and worked long hours and many years to help support her family and see her two sons provided with advanced educational opportunities. She was a devout Methodist and a loving mother. After her retirement she traveled with her second husband Lloyd Bolin, enjoyed reading her Bible, sewing, interacting with her family and was always ready to offer her opinion on a myriad of topics.
She is survived by two sons, Paul Vinton McBride and wife Patricia of Harrison, AR and Willie Lee McBride and wife Anne Virginia of Houston, TX. Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren include: daughter and son of Paul - Michelle Leigh McBride of Long Beach, CA and Matthew Vinton McBride, wife Karla and children Conner Marie and Margarite Mae all of Kalamazoo, MI as well as son of Willie Lee - Jonathan Scott McBride, wife Gabrielle Marie and children Colin Michael, Kiera Megan, and Cecilia Kelly all of Houston, TX.
Mamie was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Herbert and Alma Adams, an infant sister Mary Frances, one daughter-in-law Wilma Walaska McBride and two husbands Paul Vinton McBride Sr. and Lloyd Bolin.
The Celebration of Life service will be graveside at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Greenwood Cemetery in Rison, Arkansas.
