Nancy Lee Neal Bishop passed away on July 18, 2016, at home after a courageous battle with Lewy Body Dementia, an aggressive form of Alzheimer's. She was the beloved wife of Walter Flowers Bishop for 38 years.

Born on September 22, 1944, she was the daughter of J.T. Neal and Nora Crocker Neal Parker.

She graduated from Lambert High School in 1962. She was retired from a long career as a loan assistant at First Federal Savings and Loan in Greenwood, Bancorp South in Starkville, and most recently at Guaranty Bank in Greenville.

Nancy was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church of Greenville, MS.
She enjoyed cross-stitching and other crafts, collecting recipes, and especially cooking.
She will be remembered for her chicken & dumplings, her generous hospitality, and her heart of gold.

She is survived by
her husband Walter Bishop;

Nancy's son-in-law Rev. Danny Irvin will preside over a small service held at National Funeral Home in Clarksdale Mississippi with visitation from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. prior to service beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016, before internment at Marks Cemetery.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate Nancy's life later that afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church of Greenville.
