RITES CONDUCTED WEDNESDAY FOR ROBERT J. JUSTICE

Final Rites for Robert Jarrett Justice, resident of Montezuma for the past six years, were conducted in the local Methodist Church Wednesday at 3 o'clock. The Rev. Clarence G. Ward, Baptist pastor, officiated and interment was in the Red Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were nephews of the deceased: David Lee, Marvin Athon, ______Athon, H. V. Dillard, Bill Athon and Luther Justice.

Mr. Justice died at his home on Railroad Street late Monday night after a lengthy illness. A retired farmer, he was a resident of Andersonville before moving to Montezuma. Survivors include his wife, the former Annie Lucille English of Montezuma; three daughters, Mrs. ____Peaster of Montezuma; Mrs. ___Griffin of Unadilla, and Mrs. ___ Wynn of Americus; two sons, __ert Justice of Atlanta and Ben Justice of Montezuma; two brothers, ____Justice of Schley County and ___ Justice of Florida; five sisters, Mrs. N. W. Athon, Mrs. C. D. ____ and Mrs. Minnie English all of Oglethorpe, Mrs. Gladys Athon and Mrs. B. A. Lee of Andersonville.

Smith Tindol Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
