She was born on February 19, 1933, in Comanche County, Texas, to J. J. and Lillie Mae (Creek) Hicks. On June 20, 1953, she was united in marriage to Grady Reed in Comanche. Billie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a homemaker and a talented artist. She kept her family and many friends entertained with her wonderful sense of humor and will be missed by all. She was a member of Sidney Baptist Church.
