Conrad J. Aas, of Edina was 91 years of age when he passed away. A member of Bethlehem Lutheran for over 50 years, he served as president, usher, and on various committees. Conrad enlisted in the US Army in 1943, serving in the 34th Infantry Division in the European Theatre until WWII ended. Upon his return, he enrolled at North Dakota Agricultural College, graduating in 1949 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Conrad worked for Northern States Power Company in Minot North Dakota, Minneapolis and Fairbault, Minnesota for 43 years; retiring in 1993. Spending time with his family and grand-children was a favorite along with hunting, fishing, golfing, and bowling, watching the Minnesota Twins and Vikings.
Conrad is preceded in death by parents, Alvin and Edith Aas; siblings, Eugene, Gloria, and Robert. Arrangements entrusted to Gill Brothers Funeral Services.
