Eppie was a member of the Marrowbone Missionary Baptist Church.

Eppie will be remembered as a kind, gentle and good man, who did so much for so many. He often opened his home to his community and would always help those in need without asking for anything back. For many years to come, stories will be told of the times he offered his gentle hands and his big, big heart to those around him.
