Rita graduated from St. Mary's Academy in Amarillo, TX. She married Virgil Wayne Harrison on January 11, 1951, in Clovis, NM. She was a homemaker who loved taking care of kids and feeding the family. Rita was a member of Hillside Baptist Church, McLoud, OK and the McLoud Eastern Star. She enjoyed playing bingo. Rita had a good heart and was well known for her kindness, generosity and big smile. Her favorite thing was being with her family and all the family gatherings.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Virgil, son, Samuel and granddaughter, Leiloni Piegdon.
