Keith, age 80, passed away at the Community Hospital in St. Marys. He was the son of Edward and Nona (Smith) Rafferty. He married Dorothy Boardmen on May 23, 1980, at Holy Cross Church in Emmett.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Robert and Richard Rafferty, and his infant children, Anthony Rafferty, Catherine Rafferty, and William Rafferty Jr.
Survivors include his wife, his children, Bill Rafferty, Pat Rafferty, Frank Rafferty, Phil Rafferty, and Kathy Love, his siblings, Raymond Rafferty and Carol Heim, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
