Pacen Andrew Futisch,14, of Ada, died Monday, April 18, 2016 at Byng. He was born March 7, 2002 in Ada, OK to Lewis Futischa and Krystal Kelley.
He was a student at Byng Junior High School.
Survivors include his mother, Krystal Kelley of the home; his father Lewis Futischa and step-mother Glenda, of Ada; three sisters, Desaree Kelley, Riley Futischa and Shay Buchanan; one brother, Dalton McClain; grandparents, Phil Kelley, Paul Harbin, Carrie Harbin and Lavanda Futischa.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Judy Kelley.
Services are at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rich Putnam will officiate. Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery.
