George, son of E. L. & Julia CHAPPELL married 24 Oct 1894 Cavendish VT Nina E., dau. of F. Eugene & Ada "Addie" (Arthur) WALLIS, b. Oct 1870 VT and d. 1936. . He was a Baptist minister, ordained 4 Sep 1894 when he was pastor at South Center Baptist Church, Warrenville, Ashford, Windham CT. He was also pastor at Westford CT for three years. He was called to First Baptist Church, Bristol VT from Montville CT, serving in Bristol from 1 Aug 1915 to 1 Oct 1916. George was a flutist and Mrs. Chappell an organist.
