Funeral services will be July 7 in the All Saints Episcopal Church in Beverly Hills, Calif., for Harry J. Early, 87, South Laguna, Calif., a frequent Muncie visitor. Burial will be in Pacific View Memorial Park, Newport Beach, Calif. Parson Mortuary is in charge of local arrangements. Memorials may be sent to the Early Memorial Fund of the All Saints Church.

Mr. Early died Tuesday at Ball Hospital. He was in Muncie to visit his mother-in-law, Mrs. Jessie Huffman. He was a native of Union, W.Va., and moved to California in 1936 from Birmingham, Ala. While in Birmingham, he was the community chest chairman for 10 years. In California he owned and operated the Early Investment Co. before his retirement several years ago. He was a member of the Los Angeles Kiwanis Club, former senior warden and for many years treasurer of All Saints Church.

Surviving are his wife, Ann M. (Chisman) Early, formerly of Muncie; one daughter, Mrs. Margaret Wallace, South Laguna, Calif.; one son, Harry J. Early Jr., Palm Springs, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Lillian East, Dunedin, Fla., and Mrs. Gladys Talbot, Sun City Center, Fla.; and two grandchildren.
