FRANKLIN ROBERT ADAMS - 75
Mr. Franklin Robert Adams, 75, of 3135 Fitzgerald Street died Saturday (Aug 2) after a long illness. Mr. Adams was an active member of the Parkview Baptist Church, where he as an usher for many years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Edna Adams, Jacksonville, a brother, Mr. James L. Adams Sr. of Winter Park, Florida, a sister, Mrs. Donnie Rose, Jacksonville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday in the Chapel of Giddens-Griffith Funeral Home, 729 Edgewood Ave. with the Rev. H.E, Ramsey and the Rev. J.M. Keene officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Dale Harvey, Jim Harvey, Glenn Miller, W.R. Halliburton Jr., David McQuary, Jim Halliburton and Jackie Maynor.
