Timothy Alan "Al" Ludlow, 54, passed away in his Greenwood home at 4:37 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2016. He was born in Marion, IN, to Frederick Warren and Neomi Margaret (Bosworth) Ludlow.
Tim was a veteran of the U.S. Navy (NSGA Edzell, Scotland/NSGA Misawa, Japan), followed by 30 years of employment at Estes Express Lines in Baltimore, Tampa, and Indianapolis.
Tim enjoyed music, movies, reading science fiction, and collecting Marvel Comic Books. He was an avid sports enthusiast, who loved to root for the Cubs, Colts, and Pacers.
Those surviving Tim include his sisters, Mona (Vic Coffel) Cook, Cindy McCormick, Teri (Barry) Bunker, Jan (Rob) Landfert; brother, Jim (Lynda) Ludlow. He is also survived by his life partner, Sue Osberg; her son, James (Lydia) Passmore; sisters, Linda (Ronald) Cunningham, Sally (Bill) Salada; brother, Edward (Peta) Holzwarth and his beloved canine "Kids", Girlie and Mitzee.
Preceding Tim in death were his loving parents and his brother, Fred (Wanda) Ludlow.
To honor this beautiful spirit, a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2016, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St., Gas City, IN. Chaplain Jim Zaugg will officiate. Visitation will precede the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
