Tommie was born June 30, 1927, in Pittsburg to Thomas Laird Fleming and Sammie Chadwick Fleming.
She was a faithful member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Fort Worth. She loved bird watching and flower gardening. She worked for many years in the trust department of Continental National Bank, Fort Worth, before taking a position with R. Denny Alexander and Company, which she retired from. She will be remembered for her infectious smile and outgoing personality.
Tommie was preceded in death by her parents; nine siblings; husband, Paul, of 44 years; son, Thomas Allen Genzer; and grandson, Justin Laird Genzer.
Survivors: Sons, Ronald (Connie) and Michael Genzer; stepchildren, Linda McQuerry Bregenzer (Paul), James and John McQuerry (Kelly); 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
