Mrs. Mary Cureington, 96, of Jena, died at 9:02 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, 1987, at the LaSalle General Hospital Jena. She was a retired postmistress and member of the Baptist Church. Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the chapel of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home in Jena with Rev. Gerald Sanson and Rev. Glen Harrigill, officiating. Burial followed at the Wilbanks Cemetery near Summerville with arrangements by Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Dolly Hutchins of Parhams and Mrs. Verdie Bray of Bossier City; a sister, Mrs. Zular Dollar of Jena; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Ohmar Roark, David Hutchins, Clyde Hamilton, Rodger Hutchins, Edwin Hutchins and Carl Bray.
