Stanley Franklin Foreman finished his work on earth on December 25, 2015 surrounded by his family and faith. Stan was born September 5, 1942 in Portales, New Mexico.

He joined the Air Force in 1960 to make a better life for himself and his bride, Patsy Ruth Reese, whom he married on May 18, 1961. Stan and Pat began their life traveling to foreign lands wherever Stan served. In 1975, the family moved to Amarillo where Stan retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service. He then went to work for the Texas Workforce Commission helping people better themselves through education and meaningful employment.

He and his wife Pat retired together in Burnet, Texas in 2007 to be closer to their children and grandchildren. Wherever Stan and Pat were, they built lifelong friendships because Stan helped everyone and had never met a stranger. They especially treasured the times country and western dancing and square dancing with friends. He had two daughters, who were the delight of his life, that he raised to be world changers, just as he was. He was an active member of First United Methodist Church in Burnet, Texas. He loved fishing and the outdoors, especially his garden.

Service will be held Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 11:00am in Carbon, Texas at the Carbon Community Center followed by internment at the Murray Cemetery.
