Pat was a WWII veteran, having joined the 158th Infantry Regiment just prior to the war. Recipient of the American Defense Medal, American Campaign Medal, and the WWII Victory Medal. He was discharged due to illness in 1943 and returned to Ajo. He was the Holsum Bread distributor in Ajo from 1943 to 1981 and was the Ajo distributor for A-1 Beer from 1949 to 1960.
