Aimee Diane Shipp, age 38 of Garland, TX, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2015. She was born August 04, 1977 in Dallas, TX, to Douglas & Donna (Munson) Shipp. Aimee graduated in 1996 from South Garland High School, then attended beauty school where she became a beauty operator.
She is survived by her loving parents: Douglas & Donna Shipp of Garland, TX; children: Katlyn Fulgham of Quinlan, TX and Mekenzie Goldman of Mesquite, TX; sister: Ashley Brewer & husband Chad of Mesquite, TX; nephew: Grady Shipp of Mesquite, TX; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends. Aimee was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Funeral services will be held 1:00pm, Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at Lake Pointe Church Chapel, 701 East I-30, Rockwall, TX 75087, with Ken Giese officiating. Graveside services will be held later that afternoon at 4:00pm, in Emory City Cemetery, Emory, TX. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 18, 2015 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
