Mrs. L. L. Presley, Evanston, Wyo., formerly of Norfolk, died at her home on Christmas day. She was born August, 1902 at Norfolk to Mr. and Mrs. Adam Schaffer. She grew to womanhood in Norfolk and was married in 1922 to L. L. Presley at Denver, Colorado. They lived in Norfolk until 5 years ago when they moved to Evanston. She was survived by her husband, her parents, 6 brothers: Conrad at Ewing, Herman at Laurel, Jake, Ferdinand, John, Edward all at Norfolk; 4 sisters: Mrs. Matt Curry at Chicago, Illinois; Mrs. Louise Kendall at Brookfield, Illinois; Mrs. Elizabeth Kendall at Berwin, Illinois; Mrs. Maurice Bedell at Norfolk. They had no children. Funeral services will be held Monday at Norfolk with burial in the New Lutheran cemetery.
