Earl Gray, 81, of 1829 South Fourteenth Street, died today at McAlester Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Chaney's Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Earl E. Gray will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Chaney's Funeral Home with Dr. Mike Seitz officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill cemetery under the direction of Chaney's Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers will be Sid Tolbert, Jim Carney, Rus Oliver, Bill Rayburn, Harvey Staples and Marion Yadon. Honoraries: Morris Overacre, Harvey Staples, Juel Winfrey and Steve Davis. Gray, 81, of 1829 South Fourteenth, died Tuesday at McAlester Regional Hospital. Gray was born Oct. 15, 1904 at McCurtain, Indian Territory. He married Christine Chapman on Sept. 3, 1938 at McAlester. She survives him. He was employed in the wholesale barber supply, was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and South McAlester Blue Lodge No. 96 AF and AM. Survivors other than his wife include a daughter, Dorothy Nan Gray and a granddaughter, Christy Sparks, both of Oklahoma City.
