Robert "Bob" Frank Carlson, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2015 with loved ones at his side. He was born and raised in Lovington, Illinois. He had been a resident of Panama City for 30 years. He was a veteran of both the United States Navy and Air Force. He was preceded in death by all 4 of his younger brothers and by his step-daughters, Linda and Gale. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Shirley; his daughters, Bobbi, Barb and Mary; his step-son, David; 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. He was well loved and will be greatly missed. The family wishes to thank St. Andrews Bay Nursing Facility, Bay Medical and Covenant Hospice.
