Irene E. Aring, age 87, of Bowling Green, OH, passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2010 at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green, OH. On July 24, 1923 she was born in Pemberville, OH to Oscar and Freida (Schulte) Sander. She married Kenneth D. Aring on April 3, 1946 in Pemberville, OH and he preceded her in death on December 31, 1996. Irene earned a 2 year degree from Davis Business College and then worked at Kessler’s Dress Shop and Huntington Bank. Her memberships include: St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, New Rochester, OH, Gleaners and the Elks Club. In his spare time she enjoyed traveling, gardening, crafts, canning, cooking and most of all spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Irene is survived by her daughters: Sandy (Bob) Newlove of Bowling Green, OH, Kathy (Rick) Faulk of Andover, MA, grandchildren: Nathan (Kim) Newlove of Perrysburg, OH, Tammie (fiancé-Jason Milholland) Brann of Pemberville, OH, Brian (fiancée- Catherine Roden) Faulk of Andover, MA, Ashley Faulk of Brookline, MA, great grandsons: Kraig and Derrick Newlove, twins; Logan and Michael Brann, sister: Nedra Gallier of Perrysburg, OH, sisters in law: Winnie Gallenstein of Weston, OH and Jo (Bill) Libbe of Bradner, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents: Oscar and Freida Sander, husband: Kenneth D. Aring. sister: Dorothy Haar and brother: Paul Sander. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 from 10-12 Noon at the Marsh Funeral Home, 110 Main Street Luckey, OH where funeral services will be conducted at 12 Noon. Officiating will be Rev. Andrew Wilson. Interment will be in Fish Cemetery, Pemberville, OH. There will be a bereavement luncheon served at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, New Rochester, OH immediately following the cemetery committal services.
