Adelbert D. Pittman passed away yesterday afternoon in a Stockton hospital, following a short illness. He was a native of Texas, 39 years ago. The deceased had been employed in Lodi by the French Cleaners and was a member of the Church of Christ of Stockton.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mildred Pittman and by the following children: Adrienne Dee, Marcia Jane and Sharon Lenore, all of Lodi. He was the son of Mrs. Sarah Pittman of San Antonio, Texas, and was the brother of Mrs. B.O. Moore, Mrs. Jacob Donahue and Mrs. Thomas Bishop, all of San Antonio.
Funeral in the chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Rev. Elmore R. Evans, pastor of the Church of Christ of Stockton, officiating. Interment in Cherokee Memorial Park.
