St. Martinville - Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2009, at Notre Dame Catholic Church in St. Martinville, for Jeanette Marie Vincent, 71, who passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at her residence.
Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville.
Jeanette was a parishioner of Notre Dame Catholic Church. She enjoyed dancing, listening to music, traveling, cooking and taking care of her pets. She was member of the Humane Society.
Survivors include her long life friend and companion for 40 years, Wes Reeves, of St. Martinville; one daughter, Debbie Thomas and her husband, Danny, of Parks two sons, Allen Boudreaux, Jr. and his wife, Linda, of New Iberia and Mark Boudreaux and his wife, Amy, of St. Martinville; one brother, Albert Vincent, Jr. of New Iberia; six grandchildren, Kimberly and Kayla Thomas, Kacie Hedge, Christina Hunnicutt, Angela Boudreaux, and Brittany Boudreaux; five great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Vincent, Sr. and Inez Guillotte Vincent; maternal grandparents, O'Neal and Emily Guillotte; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Emilda Vincent; and an infant son.
