Mrs. Della Grace West, 87, of Caldwell, TX formerly of Seadrift, TX passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015. She was born April 19, 1927 in Port Lavaca, TX to the late Samuel Edward and Gladys Cook Scivally.
Della was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by her husband, Clyde W. West of Caldwell; daughter, Linda Hendrickson and husband, Scott of Caldwell; sisters, Annie Mae Smith of New Braunfels, Violet Pearl Stapleton of Seadrift; granddaughter, Lori Bowman of Iola, TX and a great granddaughter, Emily Bowman.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. West was preceded in death by her brother, Samuel E. Scivally, Jr.
Visitation will held at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with the funeral service with Rev. Thomas Adams officiating. Graveside services will be at the Seadrift Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Rosewood Funeral Chapel, Victoria, TX.
