Mary Elizabeth Raysor, 106 of Colmesneil, Texas passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014 at her residence in Woodville, Texas.

Funeral services were held Sunday, December 28, 2014 at 2pm at Sunny Dell Baptist Church near Colmesneil. Officiating was Brother Mike Maness.

Burial was held Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum in San Antonio, Texas.

Mary Elizabeth was born December 8, 1908 to James Willis and Ettie Martin Sturrock.

She was a longtime resident of San Antonio and Tyler County. She had retired with over 25 years of service from the U.S. Government as a clerk typist.

She was preceded in death by parents, James and Ettie Sturrock and her husband, Allan Laird Raysor.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Evelyn Archer of Woodville, ( died May 20, 2017 and is buried in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Tyler County, Texas), Joyce Price and husband, W.C. of San Antonio; 5 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandchild.

Services were under the direction of Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home of Woodville.
