Services for Mr. Clifford H. Bartley, age 79, of Lindale, are scheduled for 2PM on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 in the Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Home Chapel in Lindale with Bro. Bobby McClenny & Bro. Ira Lynn officiating. Interment will follow in the Lindale City Cemetery.

Mr. Bartley died on Sunday, November 23, 2014 in a Tyler Hospital. He was born on December 24, 1934 in Starrville, Texas to Clinton Harvey and Ada Mae Tinney Bartley and lived the majority of his life in Lindale.

Mr. Bartley was a graduate of Lindale High School and played football for HCJC and Midwestern. He was a veteran serving in the US Army and was a member of the South Main Church of Christ in Lindale where he was a Bible Class teacher. Mr. Bartley was very active in the Lindale Community serving on numerous boards and committees including President of the Lindale Baseball Association, President of the Athletic Booster Club, Band Booster Club, Past President and Board member of the Lindale Chamber of Commerce, and Past President of the Lindale Rotary Club where he was a Paul Harris Fellow. He also was a member of the Board of Directors of Lindale National Bank, Executive Vice-President of First Service Bank, and served on the Lindale Economic Development Board.

Son & Daughter-In-Law: Eric and Becky Bartley of Lindale
Daughter and Son-In-Law: Tonja and Danny Pinkerton of Lindale
2 Brothers & Sister-In-Law: Tommy and Carolyn Bartley of Tyler and Max Bartley of Lindale
Sister and Brother-In-Law: Amy and Edwin Kirkpatrick of Richardson
Grandchildren: Aleshia Ruehl of Midland, Brandon Pinkerton of San Antonio, and Clifton Bartley of Lindale
5 Great Grandchildren: Jordan Ruehl, William Ruehl, Natalie Hendley, Alayna Ruehl, and Jasek Pinkerton.
