(1925-1996, World War II veteran, 82nd Airborne of Gadsden); her mother, Carrie Bellew, Gadsden; her father, Hubert Arledge , Gadsden; a dearly beloved sister, Allene Chapman, Boca Raton, Fla.; brothers, Robert Arledge, Gadsden, Billy Harold Arledge Gadsden, and Arthur Cumby Arledge, Gadsden; and her most beloved baby brother, Arthur Clay Ballew, who was killed in action in Vietnam in 1968. She is survived by three daughters; sister, Sandra Turner; grandchildren; great-grandchildren. In respect to mother's wishes there was no visitation."
