E. H. Baeza was born on July 31, 1924 in Balmorhea, Texas and peacefully departed this life on November 7, 2014 after a short but brave battle with cancer. He was a loving and loyal husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He is preceded in death by his parents Jesus Baeza and Eduvigen Holguin, sisters: Connie Lozano, Fidelina Alvidrez, and Jenny Maxwell; and brother: Ismael Baeza. He is survived by his wife of 68 years Henrietta Baeza, his three children: Eliseo Baeza, Jr. (Melissa), Teresa Baeza, and Robert Baeza (Torey), his six grandchildren: Anthony Baeza (Vanessa), Andrea Blancas Beltran (Timothy), Audrey Baeza, Derek Blancas, Danielle Baeza, and Laura Baeza, and his great-grandchildren: Austin and Celeste Baeza. He was a proud World War II veteran. He was also a dedicated homebuilder for over 55 years and continued to work passionately every day until the very end. He had an overwhelming sense of pride in the El Paso community and selflessly contributed to a number of civic projects over his lifetime. Being a very spiritual man, he believed he had lived a full and happy life, and his family finds comfort knowing that he is now resting in peace. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Maria Aloba and nurse: Barbara at Texas Oncology as well as nurses: Gina and Maria at Hospice El Paso. In lieu of flowers, E.H. requests that donations be made to projects and foundations that support the local community. Viewing will be on Tuesday, November 11th at St. Raphael Catholic Church from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. with the Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, November 12th at 1:00 p.m. at St. Raphael Catholic Church with Burial immediately following at Ft.
