Bill Cicala Jr , native Santa Rosan, was the youngest of three children born to William 'Chick' Cicala Sr. and Norma Cicala. He attended Lincoln Elementary School, Santa Rosa Junior High School and graduated with the Class of 1966, Santa Rosa High School. After graduating in 1966 , Bill found work briefly with the Production Dept. at Santa Rosa Shoe Co. ( formerly Cushin's Shoe Co. ) where he met many life long friends.

On week ends, you might find Bill sitting behind a set of drums at Healdsburg's Brass Rail Saloon where he also belonged to the Musicians' Union Local #292, keeping the drum beat for the local western music band, Ace Adkins & His Country Boys. Bill completed a sheet metal apprenticeship with the Sheet Metal Workers' Local Union #104 and spent more than 30 years of his career working at various residential and light commercial sheet metal shops in the San Francisco Bay Area.
On June 17, 1979 Bill married Rochelle 'Moore' Masters.
Bill is survived by two sisters, one son, one stepdaughter, two nieces, one grandchild and two step grandchildren and a lifetime collection of his friends.
A Celebration of Bill's Life and 66th Birthday BBQ was held at Spring Lake Regional Park in Santa Rosa on June 21, 2014 and private inurnment was held at Bennett Valley Cemetery on April 21, 2015.
