Death was due to a massive coronary attack.
Mr Cullins, a retired school teacher and administrator, was a former resident of Mt. Vernon. He was principal of the Bethel School for 18 years.
He finished his teaching career at Collinsville, Ill., where he was also a principal.
Mr. Cullins was born in Hamilton County, the son of Lafayette and Elnora (Hungate) Cullins.
He was married Aug 28 1917 to Lurene Daily, at the bride's home. His wife survives
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Blooming Grove Baptist Church of which he was a deacon and long-time active member.
The Rev. Gene Rister, the Rev. Bill Auxier, and the Rev. Luther Upton will officiate, and burial will be in the church cemetery.
The body will lie in state at the Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro where friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Friday.
Besides his wife, he is survived by several nieces and nephews.
