Auburn - Hervey J. Jalbert 90, of Sabattus died Tuesday morning with his family by his side. He was born in Canada on August 22, 1921 a son of Joseph and Sadie Rancourt Jalbert. He served in the U.S. Army from 1941 to 1945. He is survived by his wife of 61 years the former Amanda Caron of Sabattus, a son, Normand and wife Pauline, a daughter, Suzanne and husband Lee Biron, a son Raymond and wife Diane all of Lewiston, 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren 6 sisters, 3 brothers. He was predeceased by a grandson Jason Jalbert, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
