Rachel was the daughter of Curtis A. Kozlusky of Allentown, PA and Carol Jucewicz and Robert Rice of Saylorsburg, PA. A member of the National Honor Society, she was a member of the video and broadcast production team. A communications major, she graduated from Marywood University with honors in Dunmore in 2005. Currently, she was a creative services assistant in radio commercial production for Entercom Pocono Northeast in Pittston, PA and worked at Taste of Italy Restaurant in Scranton, PA. In addition to her parents, she is survived by three sisters: Michelle, Stephanie and Elizabeth; maternal grandmother, Elaine Grove Jucewicz of Pleasant Valley, PA; paternal grandparents, Henry and Catherine Campion Kozlusky of Whitehall, PA; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Frank Jucewicz. She died in an accidental fall from the 23rd floor of an apartment building.
